Directions
Mix 2 scoops / 40 g with 6–10 oz / 180–300 mL of cold water, milk, or beverage of choice. Shake vigorously for 25–30 seconds or blend for 20–30 seconds. Let rest for 60 seconds before drinking. Use 1 serving daily, depending on individual protein needs.
