TLC Pure Origin Shipping Policy

We want your order to arrive safely and without surprises. This policy explains when orders are prepared, how delivery works, and what to do if you need assistance.

Preparing Your Order

Our team prepares orders on regular business days. Orders received before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time will usually enter processing that day. Orders received later in the day, on a weekend, or on a holiday will normally begin processing on the next business day.

Most orders are handed to the delivery carrier within one business day after processing. During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, additional preparation time may be required.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery generally takes between 3 and 10 business days after a package leaves our facility. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary based on the destination, carrier activity, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside TLC Pure Origin’s control.

We do not currently provide expedited delivery.

Weekend Orders

Our online store accepts orders 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. Although an order may enter our system during the weekend, most carriers do not collect packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The next tracking update may therefore appear on the following business day.

Confirming Your Delivery Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Pay particular attention to apartment or unit numbers, postal or ZIP codes, and street information.

Orders move through an automated fulfillment system. Once processing has begun, we may be unable to:

Change or correct the delivery address
Add or remove products
Cancel the order
Redirect the shipment
Select a different carrier

TLC Pure Origin cannot accept responsibility for a delayed, returned, lost, or incorrectly delivered package when the shipping information entered at checkout was incomplete or inaccurate. Reshipping charges resulting from an address error may be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Charges

Available delivery options and their prices are shown during checkout. Any free-shipping offer, promotional rate, geographic restriction, or minimum purchase requirement displayed at checkout will apply to that particular order.

Tracking Your Package

After payment is accepted, we will send an order-confirmation email to the address provided during checkout.

A second email containing tracking details will be sent when the package is ready to leave our facility. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after the shipping label is created.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see these messages.

Carrier Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, its movement and delivery schedule are managed by that carrier. Occasional disruptions can happen because of severe weather, transportation interruptions, seasonal volume, or local service conditions.

A tracking page may sometimes show little or no movement between distribution centres. This does not necessarily mean the package has been lost.

Product Availability

We make every effort to keep our online inventory accurate. In the uncommon event that a purchased product is unavailable, we will email you with the available options. These may include waiting for the product to return, selecting a suitable replacement, or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.

Packages Returned to Us

A package may be returned to TLC Pure Origin because of an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect it from the carrier.

If this occurs, please contact us. We will review the order and explain the available options. Additional shipping costs may apply if the package must be sent again.
