Cancellation policy
This policy applies to subscription purchases offered by TLC PureOrigin, operated by TLC NeuroMicrobiome Labs Inc.
Subscription Renewal
When you select a subscription purchase option, your subscription automatically renews monthly until you cancel it. Your payment method will be charged the subscription price displayed at checkout, together with applicable taxes and shipping charges, on each scheduled billing date.
Managing Your Subscription
You may view, pause, resume, skip an upcoming order or cancel your subscription through the Subscriptions section of your TLC PureOrigin customer account.
There is no fee for cancelling, pausing or skipping a subscription.
Cancelling Before Your Next Order
To prevent an upcoming subscription order from being processed, you must cancel or skip it before its scheduled billing date.
Changes made after a subscription payment has been processed will apply to future subscription orders. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.
Orders that have already been processed are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription by:
Signing in to your TLC PureOrigin customer account.
Selecting Subscriptions.
Opening the applicable subscription.
Selecting Cancel subscription and following the confirmation instructions.

Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. It does not cancel previously processed orders, create a retroactive refund or close your customer account.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.
